It is the eve of the departure! It's finally here!
My suitcase is packed, and I am hoping it is under 50 lbs. For once, I feel like I really have not over-packed. We shall see!
Melvin is dropping Jess and me off at the airport at 1:00 tomorrow. We will arrive in Chicago around 2:30 local time, and our international flight leaves at 7:30.
I land at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning in Dublin, and then we have a 2.5 hour drive to the Dromoland Castle on the western side of the country. It is going to be an exhausting 24 hours of travel, but I know it will be worth the lack of sleep!
